Mr. Soter is a senior partner and founder of Sinchro Partners and has more than 30 years of professional experience.

Prior to Sinchro Partners, Mr. Soter was president of Librapar, and before that Mr. Soter was Partner and COO at the Brazilian operations of Lazard, the preeminent international investment bank.

Mr. Soter started his career as a lawyer and was one of the founding partners of Barbosa, Müssnich and Aragão ("BMA"), a leading Brazilian corporate law firm.

Mr. Soter led one of the firm's M&A teams and was BMA's first Managing Partner, a position he held until leaving the firm in 2009.

In addition to Sinchro, Mr. Soter currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of IRB(Re). He has also previously served as a board member of Invepar, GRU Airport (Chairman), and Odebrecht Engenharia (appointed by the creditors).

Mr. Soter has a Master of Science in Management (MSx - Sloan) degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro – PUC-RJ.

Mr. Rodarte is a senior partner and founder of Sinchro Partners and has more than 25 years of professional experience.

Prior to Sinchro Partners, Mr. Rodarte spent more than 11 years at Lazard, the preeminent international investment bank, as a Partner of the Brazilian operations and member of Brazil's management team.

Previously, Mr. Rodarte worked at the M&A group of UBS Investment Bank in New York, and before that at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in São Paulo and Lisbon.

Mr. Rodarte received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from University of Campinas, UNICAMP.

Mr. Silberman joined Sinchro in 2023 as a senior partner and has more than 30 years of professional experience in Investment Banking.

Before joining Sinchro, Mr. Silberman acted as co-head of M&A LatAm in the Investment Banking division of Bank of America, focused on Brazil. Before that, he worked for more than 16 years at Credit Suisse and was co-head of M&A for Emerging Markets and a member of the Global Investment Banking Committee.

Currently, Mr. Silberman is also a board member at CEMIG and Viridis Mining.

Mr. Silberman holds a PhD in Finance from USC Marshall - California, a Master in Industrial Engineering from PUC-RJ and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from UFRJ-RJ.

Mr. Giacometti is a partner at Sinchro Partners, has 16 years of work experience and more than R$400 billion in transactions closed.

Before joining Sinchro in 2023, Mr. Giacometti was the head of coverage for the Consumer, Retail & Agribusiness sectors at Credit Suisse in Brazil for nearly 3 years, where he led M&A, strategic capital raising, and equity capital markets transactions.

Prior to this role, Mr. Giacometti worked for 11 years at Lazard, the preeminent international investment bank, and also covered the Consumer, Retail & Agribusiness sectors in São Paulo and, for 4 years, in New York, focusing on M&A and strategic capital raising transactions.

Mr. Giacometti holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Insper - Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (summa cum laude).

Mr. Moreira is a partner and joined Sinchro Partners in 2019, with more than 10 years of experience in M&A and Restructuring transactions.

Prior to Sinchro Partners, Mr. Moreira worked for more than 6 years at Rothschild, being directly involved in local and cross-border transactions and restructuring processes in numerous sectors, including Financial Institutions, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Agribusiness, Media, Retail, among others.

Mr. Moreira holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Insper - Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
